Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc. via phone calls
- Answer customer queries and manage customer expectations through interactions via phone calls.
- Provide effective customer service such as handling customer queries, complaints, and questions.
- Maintain high standards of customer relations.
Requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be Customer Centric.
- Must have Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Any graduate
Experience:0-1 year of relevant experience.
