ISUZU Motors India Private Limited, a subsidiary of ISUZU Motors Limited, Japan, was established in 2012. Continuing with its 100-year-old tradition of a needs-based approach to product development and excellence, the company conducted an in-depth, nationwide study of Indian customers and their requirements that led to the development of world class pick-ups and utility vehicles for the Indian market.

ISUZU Motors India inaugurated a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh in April 2016. The facility, spread over 107 acres, is a testimony to ISUZU’s commitment to India and currently rolls out the new range of ISUZU D-MAX pick-ups ISUZU mu-X SUV. This plant also brings to India ISUZU’s global manufacturing standards that ensure that the vehicles made here are of the same quality and reliability as anywhere in the world.
